Born in New Jersey, Robert has lived in several States and relocated many times for work and family. Four years ago, he and his wife made Williamsburg their home, and he is now dedicating his time and efforts helping it become home to others. "Williamsburg is a wonderful place to live, with all the amenities of a larger city and the comfort of a small town. It has been a pleasure getting to know the people of Williamsburg and fine community here," he explains.

With a background in business management and ownership, Robert has worked in distribution, home remodeling, restaurants, and customer service. Giving back to his country, he served time as a rescue swimmer in the U.S. Navy. Additionally, he served the public as a State Legislator, tirelessly working to improve his community and bring people together. Throughout his diverse experiences, he has had the pleasure to work and become acquainted with people from all over the world.

"We just want tell you what an awesome realtor you have working with you.

We started corresponding with Robert June 3, 2020. We received a lot of good information from him and met with him in person July 27, 2020. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the neighborhood that we were most interested in. We listed our home in Spotsylvania, VA on August 12, 2020 and it sold the same day so we were pressed for time. Robert got everything taken care of in a prompt professional manner and we went to settlement yesterday on a home in Colonial Heritage.

Dream Team of Two

"We began researching the Williamsburg area and 55+ communities for a potential interstate move from Florida. Moving is a daunting task, but when you are attempting to do it from another state, it adds a heightened dimension of stress and chaos with increased financial and scheduling concerns. We were fortunate to have found Robert, who upon our first cold call gave us so much of his time and valuable information needed for a relocation. We decided to fly to Virginia last minute, not knowing our trip would be the same days Robert was away on a family vacation. He remained available via phone while he asked Kim to be with us in person. She was wonderful and we immediately clicked with her. Due to low inventory and our specific interests, we only viewed two properties, but she spent hours with us. Several were at the home we eventually purchased and she also showed us around the community, discussing all of the amenities. It didn't take long to purchase the home with this dream team of two. There was a lot of patience and hand holding through the fears, tears, and stress of our out of state move.
